Your life (is not yours)….I Corinthians 6:20
What is life? Is it a vapor today and gone tomorrow? Your life is not your own. If you believe in Jesus Christ and allow him to live in your heart, you belong to God. Your life is not your own. You cannot behave and do your own thing. You must allow God to reign in your life. He will make it all work together for your good. Trust him (Proverbs 3:5-6). He wants to be Lord over every circumstance in your life. He ruled over every satanic force at and during the time of the cross. Just when Satan thought he had him, Jesus made an open show of him and won victory for us. Colossians 2:15 talks of “And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”
Just remember you have been brought with a price and I am not my own. I must glorify God in all that I do. I belong to God and God paid a high price for me therefore I won’t allow the world to enslave me.
